MILLER Family Perry Township, Stark County, Ohio
I am researching the families of George,Frederick, and Peter Miller, brothers who were early settlers in Perry Towship, Stark County, Ohio. The 1820 census has the 3 brothers living close to each other, and like wise with 1830 census of said area. Same information basical in 1840 census. The later part of 1840's Frederick Miller Families migrated to Union Township, Huntington County, Indiana where Frederick died 2 December 1864, he was born 20 Septemer 1776 and married Mary Fansler/Farnsler, JUNE 2, 1803, Pennsylvania. George Miller was the elder of the brothers, from 1850 census, George Miller 84, was living with Henry Miller,46, his son, this would make George born about 1766 in Pennsylvania.Peter Miller, the youngest of the brothers was born, family records give Peter's birth 1778 in Pennsylvania,he married Barbara Fansler/Farnsler, sister to Mary, Frederick's wife.Peter and George remaind in Stark County, or at least family papers say they did.Family stories say the father of the three brother was Heinrick/Henry "Hank" Miller, but have no proof of this.My Miller information on and about the brothers, George and Peter is somewhat limited, but I have a great deal on the Family of Frederick my progenator.I was wondering if anyone else was researching the same family?I would be willing to share with anyone what I have, or greatly appreciate any clues or information on or about this family.Sincerely ThankfulBernard K. Gebhart
