It appears that your Winfield was the son of Rachel MEEK and Unknown TIEDRICK.
Your Unknown TIDRICK was most likely from Coschocton Co., OH, as I find a great many TIDRICK marriages there, but since Rachel was from Tuscarawas Co., she was most likely married there. The marriage most likely took place, between 1842 - 1843.(The CD ROM I have, does not contain Tuscarawas Co. marriages on it, and only marriages AFTER 1850.)
After checking Ancestry.com for Daniel MEEK, I found at least two entries for him.
Daniel Hitt MEEK born 1802 - died 1874 - md. Matilda COLE who was born 1803.
The father of Daniel was Isaac MEEK (October 14, 1746 in Anne Arundel Co., MD.)
The mother of Daniel was Rachel HEDGE
They had a daughter Rachel MEEK, who was born in 1824, and married Lawrence TIDRICK, who was born 1819 and died 1849.They were married 1842.
Rachel and Lawrence had a daughter, Nancy TIDRICK, who was born 1844, and married a Stephen A. POLLOCK in 1860.
So here are some facts for you to work from.
