Is the person Marion Kinsel that you show married to Elizabeth and buried in the Cassill Cemetery also from courthouse records? The reason I ask is the DEATH DATES and TOMBSTONE inscriptions match perfectly to my g-g grandparents, whom we show to be Martin Kinsel married to Elizabeth (Ogg).I had a cousin verify the tombstones a few months ago with the correct names above. He said they are very eroded, but show MARTIN and Elizabeth. They are buried in Cassill Cemetery, but we show Clinton Twp.
I have a copy of Elizabeth's obituary. SPECULATION is that Elizabeth, born 2-13-1815 in Morgan Co., OH., is the daughter of Vachel Ogg and Jane (Goodin) Riley.Vachel and Jane were widower and widow.Vachel married first to Rebecca Friend and had 7 children. After Rebecca's death, he married Jane (Goodin) Riley in Muskingum Co., OH. in April 1814.I have seen other genealogy records which show the marriage date as 1812, but don't have verification.Jane had been married to Richard Riley and had several children by him.Vachel and Jane had 3 children together,2 are daughters and 1 is a son, according to the ages and genders of people listed in his household at the time of the 1820 Deerfield Twp., Morgan Co., OH. Census. Vachel is believed to have died in 1825. I have a dated 1825, typed transcription of Vachel's will naming the 7 children from his first marriage, but no names of the 3 children from his marriage to Jane. The will simply states, "Our 3 children".
