Rachel I can tell you they are buried in Milton Twp at Mt. Zion Cemetery.From 'Wayne Co Ohio Burial Records': MT ZION CEMETERY Located on Co. Rd. 48 in Milton Twp east of State Rt 3 at Hermanville.Aug 22, 1851, Joseph Feightner and wife Elizabeth sold to Geo. Hoff, John Young and Philip Hoff-Trustees of the Evangelical Lutheran and German Reformed Congregation of the Mt. Zion Church, one acre of land for the sole purpose of erecting thereon a house of worship for said congregation, and if required a burying ground.The house erected on said land to be occupied as a house of worship exclusively forever.Page 636 of Douglass History of Wayne Co confirms the above and says the church was constructed by Dennis Sommers.John Young, Philip and John Hoff were the contractors, and the Rev. Vermly was one of the 1st preachers.
June 13, 1891 Christina & Nathan Talley, Mary Walmer, Levi, George and Sarah Hoff, Joshua & Etta Shank sold to Daniel Hoff et al Trustees of Union Mt. Zion Church a parcel of 0.35 acres of land at the west end of the cemetery. July 1971 the Church lot was conveyed by Paul Zook et al, to the Trustees of the Mt. Zion Church of Christ and the members of this church are now using the cemetery as their burying ground. The three proceeding paragraphs were given to us (the authors of this book) by Mr. Carl F. Funk Attorney, at Zanesville, Ohio.
