There seem to be parallel families of Warns, in Wood County and Lucas County, but the Lucas County Warns were always buried in Wood County.
Anton Warns (b. 1835 in Texas (?) d. 8 Apr 1898 and his wife, Henrietta Aden (d. 29 Oct 1887) had three children according to pages from the family Bible; Robert (P. or D.) Warns b. 1853 - d. 1830, John Wesley Warns b. 18 Feb 1856 - d.6 May 1878, and a daughter for whom I have no information except that she gave birth to a son "Johnie" on 21 Feb 1880.According to the records, Robert and John Wesley were also born in Texas, but I can find not information as to where.
Many of my relatives are buried in Fort Meigs Cemetery, but Robert was buried in Toledo Memorial Park in Sylvania by his daughters, Ida June b.19 June 1883 - d. 10 Jul 1971 who remained unmarried throughout her life, and Jennie Hemminger Warns b. Jun 1890 - d. 29 Oct 1967, not with his wife, Ella May, in Fort Meigs.
If anyone has any information about my family I would greatly appreciate it.I can find nothing on mygreat great grandmother Henrietta Aden nor where they were from originally (although I have heard their ancestors came from Germany). If I have any information that someone else could use, I will gladly share it.
