Bill, I know it has been a long time, but you were so helpful I wanted to tell you what I found: Anton and Henriette Warns' daughter, Louisa married a man named James Wolford.I haven't found out anything about him yet, but I'll continue to look.
Louisa and James had a son: John W. Wolford ("my sister's son Jonie") who married Marie Selig.John and Marie had 2 children: Norman who died at the age of 18 when his kidney was ruptured during a basketball game, and Ruth who was blind (I remember her "seeing" my face with her fingertips when I was a child)and as far as I can find, never married (no death date yet).
Although I don't know what happened to the marriage between Louisa and James Wolford, I discovered a 2nd marriage (no dates yet)to Charles L. Danner. At the time of their deaths, Louisa in 1935 in the Florida State Hospital in Duval, FL and Charles in 1939 listed as a widower of Mary Raver, also in Duval, FL.I'll have to do more work on the death certificate of Charles Danner since he was then a widower (again?).The FamilySearch Labs have been a blessing as well.
I just wanted you to know you've been an inspiration to keep me going with my searches. It started 40 years ago with a 20-year hiatus, but every time I try again, I learn something new.
Thank you for the help you've given so many people.
