Lake Keystone is 15 miles west of Tulsa, Oklahoma. It was built in the early 1960's and is bordered by Creek County, Osage County, Pawnee County, and Tulsa County. It is a large Corps of Engineers reservoir. The town of Mannford had to be relocated several miles to build it. I don't know about cemeteries, but if you will get in touch with the Corps of Engineers, who would have been in charge of moving cemeteries, towns, etc., I'm sure they have plenty of documentation that might help you. Incidentally, Keystone Lake, in NE Oklahoma, is about 160 miles north of Bryan County, in South Oklahoma.
