Depends on how old the records are IN CEMENT as to who has them. I went there from California and had to go to a lady's home to look through the records. Many of the plots do not say who is buried in them as it only names the person that paid for the plot. I appreciate the lady opening up her home and wish it was possible for me to stay there and enter the information on the internet for other researchers. One parcel was sold when my great grandmother died in Jan 1937. Her name wasn't listed, just the kind soul that paid for the plot. She doesn't even have a head stone but I hope to correct that. Queen Ellen Butler Brinley died from pneumonia. Her father was Joel O. Butler and Jincy Donaldson of ARK/MO.
