Try writing to the Court Clerk at the County Courthouse in Anadarko, OK 73005.Have you requested a copy from the State of Oklahoma Dept of Vital Statistics? The forms are on line and there is a fee but it is usually worth it.1916 is only nine years after our Oklahoma statehood and they were not widely reported by that time. Most births were still at home. She would probably had to furnish Social Security with something to prove her date of birth, but I don't think they can release that.Sometimes a 'delayed birth certificate' was done at the county level.
