Mrs. EDNA WILSON Mrs. Edna Wilson, wife of J. F. WILSON, passed away yesterday morning at the family home near Pleasant Hill following a five day illness. Deceased was born in Yale, Okla., in 1902 and was 23 years old. Surviving are her husband, sons HAROLD L. and EUGENE and daughters MONEARL/MONEARI, DOVIS, and HAZEL, all of the home; brothers, ARTHUR and RALPH MILLER, sisters, Mrs. EMMA HOLBERT, Mrs. ALICE TWEED of Purcell, Miss MARY MILLER of Deertrail, Colorado and her parents Mr. and Mrs. J. M. MILLER of Deertrail. The funeral will be directed by Newton-Campbell-Brown funeral home.
Shamrock Woman Passes Away Mrs. CLARA DUCK, age 22, wife of C. B. DUCK, died at the family home on the Magnolia lease one mile east of Shamrock Monday morning of internal infection. She is survived by her husband and one child, age 5. The funeral will be directed by C. B. Stubblefield, funeral director, then the body will be sent to Okmulgee for burial.
LOUIS A. HAYES Louis A. Hayes, age 70, of the Liza Dow Lease three miles east of Drumright, passed away Monday morning of a stroke of paralysis. He was employed by the Sinclair Oil Co. for 4 or 5 years. Mr. Hayes is survived by four daughters and two sons, Mrs. MARY DOLAN, Mrs. LIZA STOLDER, Mrs. SOPHIA WEAVER and Mrs. BESSIE CARNAHAN; C. E. and ROLLA B. HAYES. Stubblefield, funeral director, will arrange the funeral to be held Wednesday at the Methodist church.
