"Services Set For Mrs. Bell Mrs. Elizabeth Bell, 87, 1720 South 14th, died at 1:10 a.m. today in a local hospital.She had been in failing health for the past two months. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Chickasha Funeral home.Rev. Earl Walker, pastor of Epworth Methodist church, will officiaite. Mrs. Bell was born September 6, 1865, in Hopkins County, Texas.She moved to Oklahoma from Texas and settled in Indian Territory, south of Lindsay, near the town of Purdy. in the early days, Mr. and Mrs. Bell were pioneer merchants and cattlemen.They resided near Lindsay for 62 years.For the past two years, Mrs. Bell had made her home with her niece,Mrs. J. Alvy Thompson, 1729 South 14th. She was a member of the Methodist Church of Lindsay.Mr. Harvey A. Bell, her husband, died March 18. Survivors are one sister,Mrs. Mollie Masoner of Duncan. Interment will be in Rose Hill cemetery under direction of Chickasha Funeral Home."
