Since T. J. Roby is buried in the Prague Cemetery I chose the Prague newspaper for 1914 and looked through all of the July issues, but did not find mention of Thomas J. Roby. The newspaper is a weekly paper. The microfilm showed that the August 7, 1914 issue was missing, and that issue would have covered the last part of July.
To answer your question, there is no index for the obituaries. In fact, in these early small town papers there is no obituary page. Most death notices that can be found are on the front page.
I looked at the cemetery book for the Prague Cemetery and found only the birth year and death year, 1932, for Synthia Roby.If it is at all possible to come up with at least the month of her death it would better enable a search.I did not find a burial listing in the Prague Cemetery for Lucinda Warden.
After I returned home from the library I remembered that there is a large volume history of Lincoln County that was published a few years ago. That might have something in it that would be helpful, and it is indexed.I will probably not be in the library again any earlier than the end of this year, but I will put on my list to check the Lincoln County History.
Of the names you mentioned, the Warden name is more familiar, but I was not in school with any of that family, it’s just that I remember hearing the name.
I’m sorry that I did not find helpful information on this visit to the library.
