On the 26th day of February A.D. 1919 personally appeared before me a Notary Public in and for the aforesaid County, duly authorized to administer oaths, Mary E. Oakley aged 55 years, a resident of Checotah, in the County of McIntosh and state of Oklahoma whose Post-Office address is Checotah, Oklahoma, well known to me to be reputable and entitled to credit, and who being duly sworn, declares in relation to aforesaid case as follows:
That I am the daughter of Wiley S. Clark, H. 20 Kentucky Infantry; that my mother, Elizabeth E. Clark died in 1895; that my father, Wiley S. Clark married again in 1897 to Fannie E.
