Margaret R. Roschevitz of the Fairland area, died Sunday, April 6, 2008, after a lengthy illness. She was 71.
Mrs. Roschevitz was born Nov. 17, 1936, in Wyandotte to James and Lucille (Baker) Harris. She was a lifetime resident of the Fairland area.
She had worked at Simmons as a shipping clerk. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Fairland.
She married Robert Roschevitz on Nov. 28, 1953, in Miami. He preceded her in death on July 5, 2007.
She was also preceded by her parents; one brother, Earl Harris, and two sisters, Nondues Steinmen and Eva Johnson.
Survivors include two son and their wives, Mark and Mary Roschevitz of Fairland and Matt and Cheri Roschevitz of Neosho, Mo., one daughter and her husband, Melissa and Tim Browning of Fairland; two grandchildren, Russell McLaughlin and Wendi Selgeby, and two great-grandchildren, Chloe Selgeby and Brayden Selgeby.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church. Pastor Leo Schroeder will officiate. Burial will be in Fairland Lutheran Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Russell McLaughlin, Bobby Schroeder, Don Babst, Sam Grubb, Scottie Bennett and Bill Bloomer.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Adcock Funeral Home.
Memorials are suggested to the St. Paul's Lutheran Church Memorial Fund.
