Copan Boy, 8, Fatally Hurt on Way Home Eight year old DONALD MOORE of Copan was fatally injured late Monday on U. S. 75 in Copan when ran down by a coupe driven by Mr. Barr, 65 of Bartlesville. The body was apparently on his way home from school when he was crossing the highway. … He was in the second grade at Copan school. Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at the Baptist church in Copan with Rev. DEE SKAGGS officiating with burial in the Dewey cemetery arranged by Neekamps. The child is survived by his mother, Mrs. ALBERTA MOORE; brothers EARL DEAN and FREDDIE, sisters WILMA and LUCILLE, all of the home; grandparents Mrs. M. L. ROE of Wann and Mr. and Mrs. P. A. RATLIFF of Cromwell.
Mrs. Fullinwider Mrs. P. H. FULLINWIDER, age 4e3, died Tuesday morning at her home, 1312 Jennings. Mrs. Fullinwider was brought home from Tulsa last week where she had been undergoing treatment for several months. Mrs. Fullinwider was born Nov. 29, 1896 at Kirkville, Missouri and spent her early days there. The family later moved to Iola, Kansas then Mrs. Fullinwider came to Bartlesville in 1923 where she was employed as a stenographer. For the past years she had been employed in the offices of the Gas Service Co. here. She married on April 8, 1925. Mrs. Fullinwider was a member of the First Christian Church, Eastern Star and the White Shrine. Survivors include her husband, her mother Mrs. C. D. PICKENS of the home; a brother, C. H. PICKENS of Long Beach, California; an aunt, Mrs. CLARA JOHNSON of Bartlesville; cousins, R. FRANK JOHNSON of Bartlesville and WILLIA B. JOHNSON of Muskogee, and several aunts and uncles. The body is at the Moore funeral home.
Tulsan Killed by Head Blow Tulsa, Dec. 12: C. P. ZENOR, age 69, café owner, was slugged fatally on the head with a beer bottle. His assailant took $9 from Zenor after knocking the café owner unconscious. Zenor died three hours after he was attacked. He had just left his home in Tulsa’ eastern residential district for work when he was struck down.
Funerals BENJAMIN W. MARLING Last rites for BENJAMIN W. MARLING, who died Monday in Memorial hospital, will be 4 p.m. Wednesday at the Neekamp funeral home with Rev. AUGUIE HENRY officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park. Casketbearers: REX FIELDS, DAN BASSETT, EARL DAVIS, BOB HUTCHISON, GUY SOLEMAN and JAY DUFFORD.
Mrs. W. A. TARRANT The funeral of Mrs. W. A. TARRANT of Dewey, who died Monday, will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Baptist church in Dewey with Rev. BILLY BAIN officiating, assisted by Rev. L. C. VERMILLION. Neekamp funeral home will direct burial in the Dewey cemetery. Casketbearers: W. A. KENT, S. J. LEMMONS, J. M. BURTON, IRA MCCRARY, LEE POINTER and BILL STULL. Mrs. Tarrant was an aunt of R. V. ‘MICKEY’ TARRANT of Bartlesville.
