Looking for family of W R Moore or a Bill Moore

Looking for family members of a Mr & Mrs W R Moore, or a Bill Moore, that would have been in Portland, OR in 1930. They took in a Viola Mae Smith from the Christie Home for Orphaned Girls in Marylhurst(Portland), OR, in 1930. Viola was 15 years old at the time.The notes from documention on Viola's records from Christie Home stated, "Mr & Mrs W R Moore are relatives of the girl & will give her a home."

Viola was remembered as saying that Bill worked for Trail Ways, & she refered to a Bill Moore as a foster brother. I do not know if she meant W R Moore or if the Moore's had a son named Bill.

There was some association with a Smith family of Prineville, OR. Also, in documentation, there was reference to Fred Smith of Prineville, OR,girls uncle.Then a Frank Morgan, who lived in Paulina(?), OR who moved to CA.

Viola was my grandmother & I am looking for some information on her family. Viola was born in Prineville, Or aug 14,1914 to Margrette Smith & Henry McDowell. They were not married & Viola was raised by Herman Raiddo & Jessie Smith Raiddo until Jessie died & she was taken away from Herman by the state in 1925.

Any info, no matter had slight would be appreciated. Thank you Lisa
