He married Isabella Boscawen who was born 13 Feb 1715, Albermarle, Westminster, London, England, and died 1 SEP 1785 at Cape Henlopen, Sussex, Delaware in the shipwreck of "The Faithful Steward". Sex: Female. Father: Hugh Boscawen, 1st Viscount Falmouth and in 1720 was made Baron Boscawen-Rose at the same time, also in the Peerage of Great Britain. Boscawen had earlier represented Tregony, Cornwall, Truro and Penryn in Parliament and notably served as Comptroller of the Household and Vice-Treasurer of Ireland. Baron Boscawen was married on 23 April 1700 in Henry VII's Chapel, Westminster Abbey to Charlotte Godfrey. He was buried at St Michael Penkivel. Mother: Charlotte Godfrey, elder daughter and coheir of Colonel Charles Godfrey, master of the jewel office and his wife Arabella Churchill. Charlotte died on 22 March 1754, and was also buried at Penkivel.
