William was born ca. 1860 in Ohio and Belle was born in 1865 in Pennsylvania. Her family lived in the area of Normalville, PA.According to US Census this couple resided in Lower Tyrone Twp. of Fayette County, PA beginning in 1900.She is a sister of my great-grandfather, John Hall Nichelson/Nicholson.
I would like information on their children who were all born in Fayette County, Pennsylvania: 1) Myrtle b. 1886; Frank b. 1888; Braden b. 1891; Caroline b. 1893; Colonel b. 1898; Orton b. 1899; Eva b. 1900; Raymond b. 1902; Zetta b. 1905; Viola b. 1908.
Does anyone know why the name Braden was popular in that era in that part of PA?It is my grandfather's name and I have found several others living in that area with the name Braden during my research.
Any distant cousins out there willing to share family information?
