Signe Elisabet Apleskog, 1886

I am looking for any information on Signe Elisabet Apelskog, b. 10/12/1886 in Trollhattan Sweden. She arrive in America in 1903 and her final destination was to be Providence, R.I. I cant seem to find any records of marriage, death or anything in the census'. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
