The 1905 RI census shows a Marie Boucher living in the Natick section of Warwick (West Warwick was split off some time around then but I am not sure when. She is buried in St. Joseph's cemetery which is predominantly French. I looked at Boucher burials there but there are quite a few. The RI Historical Society has the repertoires for many of the French Canadian Catholic churches in RI. I would see if someone could check them for you if you are not near there. Another source for French ancestry in RI is the American French Genealogical Society in Woonsocket.(www.afgs.org) I tried the 1900 census but came up empty. Note that the 1905 census at familysearch.org has individual file cards so you cannot see family members! Not worth a lot but at least it is something.
