I found the marriage license of Lizzia Long and A.G. McLane today in my notebook. I will write what is copied

I do hearby certify that on 12th day of December 1841, I celebrated the rights of matrimony between Alexander McClain of Clark and ______? township a?d 22 years old and Lizzia Long aged 16 years old and resident of the county and township aforesaid, by the _____consent of A.T.W. Long, her father. 12th of January A.D. 1842 ____ _____Laughlin _. _.
The State of Arkansas County of Clark I James S.Ward (?)clerk of the circuit court and ex officio Recorder in and for the county of Clark, do hearby certify that the foregoing certificate of marriage was this day received at my office and filed therein, and that the foregoing is a true and complete record thereof.
In testimony whereof I have here unto set my hand as clerk and ex officio Recorder as aforesaid, this 12th day of January, 1842. Jas. S. Ward, Clerk and ex officio recorder
A cousin, Jake; J.w. Davis wrote concerning this license....."I wrote last week to one of our distant cousins there at Arkadelphia, Ark. abut 85 miles east of Texarkana while I was there I went to the old courthouse and ask for marriage licenses.........."
