My family and I have been searching for ANY scrap of information on my grandfather, Joseph Bing Chow. He immigrated to this country aroung the early 1900's. He married my grandmother, Hazel, a black woman, in Mississippi around 1930. Four sons were born to their marriage. Together, they owned two general stores; one in Greenville, Mississippi, and another in Cleveland, Mississippi. The name of the stores bore the name Bing Chow. My grandfather later moved to Texas and worked for Yan Lick (spelling?) Fur Company. My grandmother settled in Kansas City. If anyone has any corroborating information regarding any of this information, please let me know. Thank you.
