Now, see the difference a few dates make?I betcha next time you include at least some of what you have.LOL
1910 census Pushmataha Co, OK:
Foster, Frank G., hd, 36 M(1) 12 yrs, b AR, AR, AR
" Mary V., wf, 30, M(1) 12 yrs, 5 ch, 3 lvg, b IL, WV, WV
" Jessie, d, 7, b AR
" George A., s, 4, b OK
" Grace L., d, 3, b OK
Now, Jesssie has been written over and could be the Elsie you listed. And, you've picked up middle initials, the name of another daughter, and the fact that at that time they had already lost 2 children.
I love those middle initials, because so many a times people will change back and forth using first name or middle name.Look what I found.
1900 census Independence Co, AR:
Foster, Gabriel F., hd, b Feb 1873, 27, M 2 yrs, b AR, AR, IL
" Mary V., w, b Dec 1879, 20, M 2 yrs, 1 ch, 1 lvg, b IL, VA, VA
" Myrtle E., d, b Nov 1898, 1, b AR
Kimery, Edward, boarder, b Dec 1876, 23, sgl, b AR, AR, AR
Same County, you might want to check out this John.Foster is a common surname, but they might be "cousins.":
Foster, John, hd, b Feb 1872, 28 yrs, b AR, AR, AR
" Collie, w, b Feb 1870, 30, 1 ch, 1 lvg, b AR, AR, AR
" Ada, b Sep 1898, 1, b AR
I played around with FamilySearch 1880 census and in Independence Co, AR:
Category: Name;Relationship to head of household; Marital Status; Gender; Race; Age; Birthplace; Occupation; Father's Birthplace; Mother's Birthplace.

Note:wife is listed "third".
I would check out this family, see if you can find land and probate records in Independence Co, AR that might show heirs to this Marion Foster, see if your Gabriel Frank (or Franklin) shows up as an heir.At least you know your ancestor was in Independence Co, AR, and can go from there.
Happy Hunting (^_^)
