You didn't include any dates, or approximate dates, for anyone in your query.I checked your message history to see if you might have included more in other posts.I can build a tree from Fuller down to Ross, but still no dates.Since name not too common I went looking, but you really need to include those dates. (^_^)
Is this your Fuller Milsap on the 1880 census Hunt Co, TX?:
Category: Name;Relationship to head of household; Marital Status; Gender; Race; Age; Birthplace; Occupation; Father's Birthplace; Mother's Birthplace.

Sarah M. MILLSAPDauSFemaleW8TXGAMO
John MILLSAPSonSMaleW2TXGAMO
Fuller MILLSAPSonSMaleW11MTXGAMO
Without dates I don't know if this is your Ross on the 1930 census Runnels Co, TX, but ages too close for this Ross to be grandson of the above Fuller:
Millsap, Ross, h, 37, M @ 18 yrs of age, b TX, AL, TX
" Lilie, w, 37, M @ 19 yrs of age, b TX, AR, TX
" Varnida, d, 16, b TX
" Breen An, d, 12, b TX [name not clear]
" James W., s, 9, b TX
" Baby, d, ?, b TX
Well, dates would have helped a lot, but I think this is your Fuller, with wife you mentioned name Elizabeth and sons John and Tom (you mentioned Tom in other post)I'm willing to bet name of Ross comes from Roston sibling in this family.Probably a family name:
1870 census Parker Co, TX:
Millsap, Fuller, 54 b GA, land 1500/personal 6,000
" Elizabeth, 38, b GA
" Danl A., 19, b TX
" John M., 13, b TX
" Selethia, 9, b TX
" Roston, 6, b TX
" Cicero, 4, b TX
" Thos, 1, b TX
Ornen, Mary, 30, b GA (black)
" Julia, 14, b TX (black)
1860 census Palo Pinto Co, TX:
Millsaps[sic], Fuller, 43, b GA, land 500/personal 15,000
" Elizabeth, 27, b GA
" Sarah, 11, b MS
" Donna, 9, b TX
" Frances, 6, b TX
" Emily, 4, b TX
" John, 2, b TX
" Selethe, 3/12, b TX
1860 census Hopkins Co, TX - looked like brother to Fuller, since Fuller named a son Cicero. This is why you always want to look up all family members on records, here is the Jacob from 1880 census and what looks like the mother of Jacob, Fuller, Cicero and James (who is on the same page, see below):
Millsaps[sic], Cicero, 30, b GA, no land/ personal 4,000
" Emaline, 20, b TX
" Jacob, 34, b GA
" Minta, 63, b SC
Potter, John, 19, b TX
Same page:
Millsaps[sic], James M., 28, b GA, land 400/personal 300
" Algeretta, 24, b MO
" Americus, 3, b TX
plusmembers of the Baily family in the household
I just noticed something, on the 1870 census Hopkins Co, TX Jacob (from Cicero's household 1860) is head of a household with a William 9, b TX land 320, and an Americus 12, b TX land 220 -- unusal.I thought maybe they had inherited some land from a grandfather, but now I wonder if they might be children of James from 1860 census.I would look for probate records, fill in everything you can on these Millsaps, never know when records will lead to more information on others, too.
Now, for the ones that went to Canada, you mentioned in another post, you need to research them on Canadian forums.
Happy Hunting (^_^)
