As per his death certificate he died in Big Spring,Howard,Texas

He was the son of George and Saphronia/Sophronia Mosier;her maiden name is listed by some as "McRae"-death certificate of her son Floyd Guess shows "McCay". (Her grave marker reads "Sephronie")
The Mosier's were in Parker Co.,TX in the 1900-1910 census with children Maudie-1889;Mary M.-1892;Alvie O.-1893; Luther,and Saphronia's children by a prior marriage-Floyd Guess-1883,and Malcom Guess-1886. Per Floyd's d/c their father was "A.J.Guess".
Luther reg. for the WWI draft in Palo Pinto Co.,TX 1917/18; he and Alice are in that county for the 1930 census with three sons and three daughters.
