Hi, Judy-- Thanks so very much for going to the trouble to collect all this info about Albertina and her siblings. We appreciate it.
We've got the Bjorkander family tree back to Sweden which I have constructed on Ancestry.com. What we are in most urgent need of is death-related information regarding her 1874 death shown in a Swedish-American newspaper as being Dec. 29, 1874. We are trying to find out if she died in childbirth, for example, because we keep hearing that her only daughter [only one we can find anyway] had a sibling, and we have pics of two girls together that look like siblings. We are also attempting to find out if the Swedish husband, Hilder Yngve Anderson [whose records we've also traced fairly well but with some holes] went into the Navy in Galveston or elsewhere in Texas, as his cemetery listing in 1902 shows "Navy" contribution even though he apparently had a career in railroading. If you've any suggestions about how we might find these things, we'd appreciate it so much. And again, that you would go to all this trouble for us touches my heart. Thanks!Jeanne
