I've been able to confirm a lot of things since I posted this message.
Frank married his first wife, Lucille May Beckett in 1920 in
Sussex, Wyoming. One child was born two year later. In 1922, May Nadine Langford was born. 8 years later, Nadine's mother passed away in a car wreck. This left Frank a widow.
I'm still not sure about where they lived. I imagine Frank and Nadine lived in Wyoming for the rest of their lives. Until Nadine moved (and perhaps Frank too) to Spokane, Washington.
In 1940, May Nadine married James Edward Carbaugh in Washington. In 1942, May Nadine and James Edward has a child, named Betty Ann Carbaugh. Two years later, James divorced Nadine. The divorce was granted, and James was given custody of Betty.
Before 1946, but after her divorce with James, May Nadine met William Alton Patterson. In 1946, they had a son, named William Frank Patterson. This was in Mansfield, Texas.
In 1950, Frank (it is thought) moved to Mansfield, Texas, where he then married his second wife after 20 years of being a widow. His wife's name was indeed Nancy Jane Patterson, or Nancy Jane Langford.
Nancy had also been a widow, having one daughter named Faye Patterson Rydell.
In 1954, Frank separated from Nancy Jane, lived a time with his daughter Nadine who lived in Mansfield.
Beginning in 1956, Frank lived in Laredo, Texas. Making frequent trips to Mexico. In the winter of 1956, Frank met Juana, his third wife. They had six children: Frank, Patricia, Pamela, Grace, Margo, and Steve Langford.
Frank passed away in 1967. He is survived by his six children, minus Frank Jr.
Nadine, Bill, Betty, and Faye are all still alive. Below is the obituary with all the information:

Frank Langford passed away on Tuesday, July 4, 1967, at a local hospital in the state of San Luis Potosi, SLP, Mexico, at the age of 72 years, 6 months, 4 days.
He was born January, ca. 1895 [see reference above]. The son of William Perry Langford and Mary Francis Palmer. Brother to Maude Langford, Claude R. Langford, William Perry Langford, Jr., Monta Elizabeth Langford Williamson, Grace Langford Overbey, Stephen (Steve) Marion Langford, and Merle Langford Ewing.
He was united in marriage three times during his life. The first marriage was to Lucille May Beckett of Sussex, Johnson County, Wyoming. This marriage was ended due to death, and not divorce. One child resulted from this marriage, May Nadine Langford. This left Frank a widow. The following marriage was to Nancy Jane Patterson of Mansfield, Tarrant County, Texas. This marriage was terminated by a divorce on behalf of Frank. The third and final marriage Frank had was to a Mexican citizen from San Luis Potosi, SLP, Mexico, Ms. Juana de la Rosa.
Frank was a veteran of the first World War (WW I). He enlisted in Buffalo, Wyoming in 1918; he was discharged with the rank of private after having fought overseas.
When Frank separated from his second wife in 1954, he contemplated where he would live. He lived with his daughter Nadine for a time, tried Arkansas for a few months, and then went to Laredo, Texas. After a year and a half, he decided to make Laredo his home. During his time in Laredo, Frank would make trips into Mexico. Starting in 1956, Frank began using his 6 month visa to enter Mexico, staying for 6 months, and then returning. This was due to his finding his third wife, Juana, in Laredo.
That was in the fall of 1956, and in the spring of ’57, Frank Langford, Jr., was born. 5 other children blessed this union. They are, Patricia Langford (August 24, 1958), Pamela Langford (March 14, 1961), Grace Langford (April 11, 1963), Margo Elizabeth Langford (August 7, 1965), and Steve Langford (September 23, 1967).
Frank applied for a divorce against Jennie in 1959, it was granted, but his wife appealed. It wasn’t until 1960 that a divorce was finally granted to Frank. In 1962, Frank and Juana married in the US. In 1966, Frank and Juana married in Mexico in a traditional Catholic wedding.
