Per TSHA - the only one mentioned was the Palestine Salt Works-

You can search the handbook of Texas Online and find other Salt Listings-
The only one attributed for furnishing salt to most of Texas during thewar"at prices set by the COnfederate Government" was the Palestne

Hope it helps narrow down some
