I want to say thank y'all both for helping me. I think the census that has Agnes Crone could be correct. The family I found on Agnes Badon born in Louisiana list Agnes as having a brother that would be about that age at that time and I do know that Agnes had a sister named Mary. I am guessing that Mary married a Bodin and I know from Geisendorff obits that some of the Badon Have changed their spelling to Baden. Agnes later married a Geisendorff and then Earl took the Geisendorff last name and dropped the Crane name. I don't know if it was legally done because when we went get Earl's birth certificate it has him listed as Crane born in 1927 in Louisiana but his death certificate list him as Geisendorff. I have lots of info on The Geisendorff but none on my husbands actual line of crane. This info is most important to me because my 2 sons ages 4 and 5 have Ushers syndrome. The only info we have been told and I don't know how accurate it is . Clifford is native American and has something to do with music like a band player. It shows on Earls birth certificate that Clifford was born in Port Arthur, Texas. You could be right about Clifford being his middle name. I have looked on every site for over a year and still not a single clue.Just the fact that y'all looked for me is a big help . Here is a census with Agnes , Mary and Fred.
