POLK, and the unknown heirs of Alabama POLK, deceased, Bessie KLIMA and her husband Herman KLIMA and Eva BERRY, being called, came not but wholly made default, and it appearing to the court that each and all of said parties are defendants in the said cause and have been duly served by..... Since you were looking for AERY and the pronunciaton would probably be the same, I thought you might be interested in these.I have no idea how they connect to my family...Others mentioned in the same document were as follows:Alabama POLK, S. J. THOMAS, V. H. BREWER, John BATES, Hattie BATES (Hattie was grand daughter to William TRAMMELL and John was her husband.)Ira TRAMMELL, grandson of Wm., brother of Hattie, Annas THOMPSON, Maggie PALMER, Hallie PALMER, Ozia my great-great grandmother (Should be Mary Ozella, Called OZIE by the family and mother to George Ira.) John TRAMMELL and Mrs. Sarah TRAMMELL.I do not know how John or Mrs. Sarah TRAMMELL connect to my TRAMMELL family.Happy hunting!
