Thank You, for your post.I believe the the Vasquez Family Tree @ancestry.com is a different family line. Interestingly enough the Narcisco Vasquez b.29 Oct 1924 in Ray, Pinal,Arizona is the same birth day as my Narciso Soliz Vasquez was b.29 Oct but in 1895. Gp Vasquez, told his children he was born in Arizona but never said what part.He also mentioned that he had family in Marfa, Texas. I have looked in both areas to no avail. I did come across a census document recently that leans toward his missing family in that; He (NSV) left his family when his mother Julia Soliz Vasquez, remarried.Appearantly Matias Vasquez died and she remarried. gVasquez did not get along with his step father and left in his teen years. In a letter that my mother found that was written to my father Emilio Hyman Vasquez, from his mother in 1953; she tells my father who was passing through Arizona, during the Korean War that his aunts were half aunts and did not carry the last name Vasquez that their last names were Paiz and that the man's name was Gomizindo Paiz. My father's mother gTrindad Vasquez mentions 3 names Kristina Paiz, Leonarda Paiz and Margarita Paiz. They would be gNarciso Soliz Vasquez's half sisters. We know he had a younger brother but don't know the brothers name. In regards to this recent information I started looking into the last name Paiz in Arizona in early 1900's and came across a 1910 US census record for Juliana Paiz, but from out of Deming, Luna, New Mexico. Though the man's first is not Gomizindo, but listed as Jesua Paiz, the children Narcisso Paiz, Jacinto Paiz, Cristina Paiz and Leonarda Paiz are listed. The ages of my gVasquez, his younger brother and younger sisters leans toward match or coincidence and needs to be verified. Narciso Enriquez Vasquez,b.28 May 1923 is my gpVasquez's son, my uncle, my fathers brother. Trinidad Enriquez Vasquez is my grandmother. There is a 1930 US census from Eureka, Juab, Utah where the children are listed by name and age however My father and uncle Emilio were not born yet. My father Emilio Hyman Vasquez was b.28 Jan 1931 in Eureka,Utah and Emilio Vasquez in 1932 in Eureka, Utah. The names are all mispelled but it is my gpVasquez. Grandpa Vasquez, died in Eureka, Utah in 26 July 1935. I found a James Grandier in New York, New York but the only one I have ever come across. My daughter; well it has taken me 15 years to come full circle with the devastating news both mentally and financially. We traveled to New York City, to meet with a renowned Dr. there to treat my daughter and advise Dr's here in Utah; who had never heard of Gaucher's. When we were first told that is was an Ashkenazi Jewish disease I was to numb to persue it's orgins. Im past the numness but saddend by the disease my daughter has and now I have to know where it came from. Any piece of information that you may come across is welcomed information because no one in my family understands it or wants to persue it.
