I didn't find any evidence that Andrew lived near Snohomish Lake in 1901. Here is what I did find.
In 1880 he and family were living in Saverton, RAlls Co., MO.

In 1900 Andrew is living with his daughter Mary and her family in Hannibal Ward 6, Marion Co., MO.
Mary Lilly, head household, b. MO, Dec 1865, widow, had given birth to five children but four alive in 1900, can't read her occupation.
Charles Carl, son, b. MO, July 1871.
Ross E., son, b. MO, Jan 1874.
Mary M., dau, b. MO May 1876.
Charles W., son, b. MO Dec 1879.
Andrew Fuchs, father, b. Germany Aug 1825, widower.
Catharine Smith, motherlaw?, b. Germany June 1830.
In 1910 Andrew was still living with Mary's family in Hannibal Ward 6.
Mary Lilly, b. MO, 44, head household, widow, own income.
Earl C., son, b. MO, 18, single, salesman retail shoe store.
Ross E., b. MO, 16, office clerk cement plant.
Mary M., b. MO, 13.
Chas W., b. MO, 10.

In 1920 Mary and son Charlie were still living in Hannibal Ward 6.
Mary Lilly, b. MO, 54, widow, no occupation.
Charlie, son, b. MO, 20, single, laborer railroad.
In 1930 Mary was living in Hannibal.
Mary Lilly, b. MO, 64, widow, owned house, no occupation.
It's possible that Andrew lived in Snohomish County for a couple of years and moved back to Missouri. I'd contact the Sno-Isle Genealogy Society, Snohomish County, www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~wasigs and ask them to look him up in the City/County Directories.
I also found Catharine married to John Lehenbauer and living in Smith River, Marion Co., Missouri.

In 1910 a Catherine Lehenbauer was living her son Emile in Altona, Kingfisher, Oklahoma.
Emile Lehenbauer, head household, b. MO, 26, single, general farmer.
Catherine, mother, widow, b. Germany, 72, mother of nine who all are alive.
Their next door neighbors were

Fred was much more difficult because there were many Fred Fuchs living in the midwest at that time.
I found one that might be yours living in Clay, Ralls Co., Missouri in 1880.
