Pat, I don't know the Addy area you mention, but Naff is another aka as my Neal connected to my Wooley/Woolley and I know many Woolley/Wooley's went to WA.
Wilson is also connected to my Neal family and I know Curtis is supposed to be in there somewhere.Riecher would have a different spelling to me too.
On the way to WA many Wolley/Wooley families settled elsewhere as they went.I know some stay in IL for awhile and were delayed by the Black Hawk Indian War.Jedidiah Sr. and Jr. for a couple. Jr. founded a town during this time and in 2000, the town celebrated 150 years of the founding of this town. I did some research for them at the time.
Some of the Woolley/Wooley family also went to Utah and became significate to the Mormon Church too.My Woolley/Woolley line is said to have started in NJ according to the census records.
Some say my G-Grandfather was in NE at one time living with another family.I can't locate records on when his father died or his family.
My Wilson line startes 1700's to my knowledge, I have more but not by memory.
