Semrow-Ahrens Wedding At 1:30 Wednesday afternoon in St. Peter Lutheran church at Freedom, Miss Hulda Semrow. daughter of Julius Semrow, Freedom, became the bride of Edwin Ahrens, son of Joseph Ahrens of Center. She wore a gown of white messaline and georgette and a veil caught with pearls and carried a bouquet of Ophelia roses and sweet peas. She was attened by Miss Rose Ahrens. who wore a pink crepe de chien dress, and Miss Elsie Reinke, who wore a blue crepe de chien dress. Both earned bouquets of carnations. Julius and August Semrow, brothers of the bride, were groomsmen. A wedding dinner was served to about 155 guests at the home of the bride which was decorated with red, white and blue crepe paper and flowers. The evening was spent in dancing. Mr. and Mrs. Ahrens will live at Center.
