WILLIAM WEIHROUCH,CHAIRMAN OF TOWN OF CLEVELAND,DIES
Pneumonia caused the death of Wm.Weihrouch on Thursday, June 6,1929 at his home in Hannibal,(Taylor Co.) Wis. For several terms Mr.Weihrouch served on the county board of supervisors as the represenative of the town of Cleveland. William Herman Weihrouch was born in Germany on Nov.29, 1864.At the age of two and one half years he came to America with his parents and settled in the state of Wisconsin. He lived in this state for the twenty-two years following,and then moved to South Dakota where he made his home for twenty-one years. In 1912 he returned to Wisconsin and had since made his home at Hannibal. On October 17,1893, Mr.Weihrouch was married to Miss Mina Shipley of Washburn County. To this union eight children was born:Walter,Earl,Lester,Edrie,Charles, Chris,Elsie May and May June. Funeral services were held for the deceased from the Hannibal Methodist Church,Rev.Ayres conducting,on Sunday,June 9.Burial was at the Hannibal Cemetery.
