Not John Schanck - wrg tree - John S. Abbott 1822 NJ
Soory for the confusion on John Schanck Abbott b. 1816- I thought he was my tree, but it turns out there is another John S. Abbott, b. 1822 (Gloucester) who is mine.

John, a widower (yuk - who is this woman?) married a widow
Sarah A. (and this man)(?) Summerman, in 1856, Gloucester. 1870 census.
I don't know John S.' father or mother.
I think John S. was born in Hunterdon. They were married at Cross Keys UM church - Franklin, Glouc.
Does anyone know of this Gloucester bunch? Harrison twp
John R. F. Abbott c. 1859(I saw a John Rickey A. Abbott - any hope he is a relative?
Susannah - Sally a nickname for Susannah? There is a stray granddaughter with a Woolbert at 18 years of age working in a silk factorySally (b. 1862) as is Amanda, so maybe not.
Amanda C. 1862 - An Amanda married Thos. Munyon UM church Aura, Gloucester
James b. 1868 - Evanville, Gloucester
and my elusive Grandfather Joel Joseph, b. 1865.who had only one son. He is no longer my brick wall - only his family!
I know now where Joel went, but find no trace of the others.
Any help would be appreciated. And Thanks and apologies to Dorothy, Nancy and Gordon for letting me confuse them.
