May I jump in here?I've gotten completely confused with all the Hannah's, Williams, Mary's and so on in this family.I have a gedcom file on Abercrombies -- 2 in fact -- and the Hannah's just won't come together for me.I have a Hannah Pickard, born 1708 and married to a James Abercrombie, b. 1709 in fife, Scotland, d. 1782 in Laurens Co. SC.This file has his mother as Mary Gordon and father James.Then I have Sarah Areacy Pickard b. 1772, d. bef 1819 in GA, married to William Abercrombie, b. 1765 in SC, d. abt 1855 in GA.William is shown as son of John Abercrombie and Ann Kellet, grandson of James Abercrombie and Hannah Pickard.So, is Sarah A. Pickard a neice of Hannah Pickard?Can anyone straighten this out for me?Thanks.
