The younger sister of said Rebecca Abercrombie was indeed named Chrystie Abercrombie (circa 1746-1803). She married Ratcliff Jowell (circa 1737). Their son Gabriel Jowell (circa 1773) married Chrystie Abercrombie (circa 1784), daughter of James Abercroboe (circa 1740). Chrystie Abercrombie (circa 1784) and her husband Gabriel Jowell (circa 1773) brought suit against the Estate of James Abercrombie (circa 1740).
