You are correct in that it doesn't matter until we find his name on a list, if we ever do. And so far, in every instance where someone has claimed to have proof, the individual in question disappears back into the woodwork, never to be heard from again, when I ask for the information I would need to obtain and examine for myself the alleged proof.
