Re: ALBERTA ABLES 1897 - 1985

Alberta Abels was my great-grandmother, maternally.She and Howard had I believe 12 children and 1 from his first marriage. 8 girls and five boys.The girls names: Thelma(Tommy), Anette(Nette), Marie(Re), Bertha(my grandma), Audrey, Christine(Chris), Ines, and I don't really know the boys names or the first daughter of Howard. All of the boys have since passed, along with Chris and Audrey.All of them still live in Mississippi, from Holmes County to the Gulf Coast.I keep in touch with my grandma quite often and I can pass along any information if that helps.My great-aunt Re researched the family tree some years back and has it hanging on her wall.The family home in Lexington still stands, I think-it's been about 12 years since I was there when I was a little girl.I hope this info is useful and helpful.If you'd like any more information you can e-mail me at:cainsmama13@yahoo.com
