Even daughter - brother relationships can be tracked by DNA, but it would involve mitocondiral DNA and all-maternal lines. In principle, it is possible with enough effort if there are all maternal lines.
> What is your line from Henry Jr?
I am not descended through Henry Jr. I am descended through Gabriel ABRAMS (b. 1750) and his son David ABRAMS (b. 1795). This line is very well documented, and indeed, the oldest ABRAMS bible (of Grabriel ABRAMS, b. 1750) was passed down through this line. One of the children of David ABRAMS (b. 1795), the daughter Louella (b. 1845), was a DAR member, which also helps provide a lot of documentation. You will find a great deal on descendents of Gabriel ABRAMS (b. 1750) listed in the usual databases like WorldConnect.
If you look at the DAR listings for Henry Sr. of Turkeyfoot and his children, most seem to be via Gabriel ABRAMS (b. 1750), so his descendents are probably a very good place to look for living ABRAMS males carrying the Y DNA of Henry Sr. of Turkeyfoot.
Good luck in tracking down a suitable ABRAMS male and getting them tested!
