I assume you mean the Abrams Family of Girardville, Schuylkill County, PA. You didn't say when Abram died but judging by the census he died between 1900 and 1910. If he died before 1906 his death may have been recorded at the Schuylkill County Register of Wills. However, the Schuylkill County Archives would have the record. Also it probably wouldn't have his parents' names but may have where in Wales he was born. If he died after 1905 his death would have been recorded with the PA Dept of Health and it should have his parents. His obit may be helpful too. Margaret died after 1920 so her death certificate would be with the PA Dept of Health. Her obit should be helpful too.
I could only find a few bits of data that might be helpful. The Abraham Abram and family was living in Girardville in 1870. In 1880 it was the Abrams Abrams Family. The 1865 index of English and Welsh births lists a Septimus Abrahamborn in Breconshire, Glamorgan. Considering how rare the first name is this may be a clue as to where the family was from in Wales. Coincidentally the marriage index for England and Wales lists in Volume 11, page 349 an Abraham Abraham who married in the same location in 1854. The same volume, page, location and date is true for a Margaret Watkins.
Check with the Historical Society of Schuylkill County and the Pottsville Public Library to see if they can help you especially in finding obits.
