HI ANN,I have some information you might be able to use. My Great Grandfather was Allen AbstonHis wife's name was Mary B. Arnett.He was born about 1790-1800 in South Carolina.He married 1826 in Dallas Co. Al.He died 1841 in Tuscaloosa Al. One of his sons name was DErol or Durel .I show him as born in Al. 1831.He married Sept.28,1852 to Mary Elizabeth Pounds He died in 1878.If I can help more let me knowPat Beyer
