I can give you the following info about William Acton. This is from the 1891 UK census.
He was age 33, born in Mobberley and was living at Outwood Hall, Outwood, Cheadle, Cheshire. His occupation is given as a farmer.
Married to Elizabeth, aged 29, born in Bunbury, Cheshire, with children as follows: Julia, 13, Joseph 11, Anne 9, Elizabeth 7, Lilly 4, Charles 2. All quoted as being born in Cheadle, except Julia born in Bunbury.
You can probably track them all down from this info in the 1901 UK census on line, although a quick look seems to suggest that both parents had died by then as all the children are split up and working at various locations as domestic servants. (Their place of birth is quoted as Handforth in 1901 rather than Cheadle). http://www.census.pro.gov.uk/welcome.htmlhttp://www.census.pro.gov.uk/welcome.html
I am researching my own Actons in Cheshire (Knutsford then Cheadle Hulme) but I don't think there is a link to yours.
