Then to Shelby Co., Ind. in 1826. He emigrated after 1820 from Shelby Co., IN; followed son Robert. He was deed the East half of the South West quarter of section seven in township thirteen north of range eight east in the District of BROOKVILLE & State of Indiana Containing fifty four acres & twenty hundreths of an acre on 20 Oct 1824 at Brookville, IN. He Applied for Pension # S32135 on 5 Sep 1832 at Shelby Co, IN.
