Benjamin Adair of Dollingstown married Sarah McCleery b. 1846, daughter of Robert.THey were married July 11, 1866.
Children include Robert b. 4-23-1869, perhaps living in Tonaghmore, Magherally in 1901 with Benjamin and alsoSamuel Adair, born March 13, 1870.
Probably relatives Mary Adair, John Adair and Robert Adair.
Mary Adair married Moses McFall and the birth of William is listed as in Tagheran in 3/30/1858.They then are listed in Dollingstown and had Elizabeth 9/29/1859, possible John and Jane in Mary or June, 26, 1962, Ann Jane 5/1/1864, James 7/10/1866, Elizabeth 11/12/1869, Mary 7/5/1872.
John married Margaret Little and had Elizabeth in Tagheran 7/5/1857, Mary in Dollingstown 12/16/1862, Susanna 10/20?/1865, Martha 11/17/1869 and Thomas 5/12/1872.
Robert married Ellen Douay, Dowey, Dowie and had Jane 1/16/1861 in Dollingstown, John 4/18/1863, Elizabeth 9/15/1866, Samuel 12/23/1869, Ellen 12/16/1873.
from the Baptism records at Lurgan First Presbyterian Church.
James and Robert(1825-1881) McCleery arrived in Dollingstown, probably from Corcreany, Donaghcloney, Co. Down Ireland.Robert may have also had son Robert (1849-1925).James had son James m. Jane Heron, daughter of John of Dollingstown.
I am tracing McCleary/McCleery/McLeary families and would like more information on related families.
