There was a William Robert Adair who was a schoolteacher at Fermoy. In vol. 6, page 855. "1813 - Sept. 9; William Adair, V.; LL.D; P.C. Fermoy, 1803-1813; Latin schoolmaster at Fermoy, 1804; will dated Aug. 3, proved Nov. 14, 1814, Dublin; bequeathed 1,000 pounds to trustee to invest in Government securities and interest applied by R. & Church Wardens of Fermoy & representatives of John Anderson, to maintain schoolmaster & mistress for children."
