Brother-in-law, Thos Maly to be an overseer Friends and kinsmen: Sir Robert Adair, Hendrie Savage (husband of is sister Elizabeth Nevin) William Schaw of Newtowne, (Newtownards ?) Capitaine William Howstone (Houston / Houstoun / Huston ), Captaine James McGill, Right Hon., the Lord of Ards,( Montgomery ? ) Friends, Hugh Montgomery of Granguch (Gransheogh / Gransha) John Montgomery of Bally Rolly, Matthew Haslett, Robert Caldwell to be assisting the above named overseers. Witnesses : John Montgomery and Matthew Haslett. ................ There may have been an Adair / Nevin connection through Sir Robert Adair's wife (Edmondstone ?) and Capt. William Houston may have been relative of Sir Robert Adair.
