There may have been a Lord Bellamont / Bellmont associated with Adairs around AD1641 onwards in Ireland.George Washington's spy, Robert Townsend was from the Oyster Bay area and there may have been a Mr. Cooper and Captain Kidd - an interesting mix.
I wonder if Alexander Adair was from Richard Coote's vicinity in Ireland, perhaps in Coote's regiment ?
The land seems to be next to Justice White a little north from Main Street.
