Durango/Coahuila: Manuel, Plutarco, Epitacio, Jose or Antonio Adame?
I'm trying to fill in the pieces - if I can.I know that my great-great grandfater - Manuel Rube - was adopted and became Manuel Adame.I've got a picture of his mother but have no info on her name - nor of the name of his father or step-father.He married and had four sons: Plutarco, Epitacio, Jose and Antonio.I don't know the name of their mother. She died and he married Elodia Briones. They had three daughters: Esther, Raquel & Rosalina and two sons: Eziquiel and Ines.
They came to the US (texas) around 1915 or 1916.Shortly thereafter, Jose returned to Mexico and enlisted in the military. We have no other information on Jose.
My great-grandfather - Plutarco married (I think her name was Julia Campos??) and they had two daughters - Elodia and Carmen and one son - Manuel (my grandfather).Julia died shortly after childbirth - we have no information on her. This was all in Texas. After her death, the kids were raised by Plutarco's father and step-mother.They all moved to Colorado and he later married Carolina. At this point - we're all accounted for . . .
trying to fill in the blanks - any help would be great.thanks
